Primary objective of developing QASE Box is to ensure quick and easy assembly of the box. It can be erected from its collapsed form within two seconds by following simple three steps procedure. This hassle-free assembly proves to be the most convenient assembling procedure for the users as compared to other archive boxes in the market.

Holds Heavy Weights

QASE Box is engineered to strength and to carry heavy loads of the material that is to be packed. In order to increase the weight carrying capacity, the base of the box is designed by adding wall to wall panels which locks in a manner to hold heavy loads without giving way through the bottom of the box during transportation.

Improved Tear Resistance

Usually, archive boxes tear apart from the area where handles are located due to frequent handling. In an effort to improve the tearing resistance of the box an additional panel of corrugated board attached to the box itself is introduced to withstand tearing at the handle slots which has strengthened the corners of the box as well.

At times when the box is not in use, QASE Box takes minimal floor area in its collapsed form. This makes it suitable for the users having limited space for storage of packaging materials. Archive boxes are usually stacked one on top of each other which requires well stack load capacity of individual box. To increase the overall strength of the box, QASE Box is designed to have enhanced compression strength and it is equipped with additional panels where all the walls and panels of the box are tied together to provide extra strength.
